Nurse's Office

 School Nurse

Medications

The clinic does not supply any medicine to children, but we can give medicine to your child if the proper paperwork has been filled out by a parent/guardian, and if the medicine is provided by the parent/guardian.  If you would like for your child to have a supply of medicine (ie: Tylenol, Motrin, allergy medicine) you will have to have an ADULT bring the medicine to school in a new, unopened bottle.  Children are not allowed to carry medicine with them unless they have a doctors order stating that they can.  There are some forms that the parent/guardian will need to fill out, so please keep that in mind.  If there are any questions, you call can me, LeeAnn Pendleton, at 384-8495.
